Q. What do I do when suddenly the "Failed to install plugins" error message appears and all the plugins from STU stopped working?

A. We have multiple reports from users that their antivirus (often McAfee) software gives "false positives" to some of our Python installation files and holds them as "quarantined" status. To resolve this problem, please open your antivirus software and remove the ARGOS files from the list of quarantined files. ARGOS LABS will be releasing a permanent fix as soon as possible.
