Damaged trained file can cause the OCR/Tesseract to give this error message "Tesseract Trained Data Does Not Exist, please download trained data file.".

Q. How do you fix the problem when OCT/Tesseract gives this error message?

A. Copy Tesseract trained data and save again to %programdata%\tesseract trained data and test again.
For some unknown reasons Tesseract trained files can get damaged. PAM cannot detect the damage and will not be able to update these affected files.

Tesseract trained data can be downloaded from the following link.
https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tessdata
