Title: Release and notification of security related information
Q. API and base modules can have security announcements, patch releases and what other kind of support can you provide if a vulnerability or security incident occurs in a cloud service? Also, will security patches for your solution be released?
A. For cloud services related from our Plugin, commercial contracts such as API usage are direct contracts between the customer and the provider. Therefore, we are basically not involved in including security support, but we do exchange information all the time. Additionally, security announcements and patches related to our solution will be notified to contracted users by e-mail seperately.
